Speaker: Drew Kern, Business Owner at Infinity Claims Management Solutions
Drew Kern has been in the flooring industry since 1999. He has owned and managed a successful retail flooring business as well as installed a wide variety of flooring products. Drew has also visited over 40 Mills around the world manufacturing a variety of flooring products. As a part of his business Drew also writes installation instructions and conducts product testing. Drew is certified by the NWFA as an inspector, installer, sand & finish contractor and sales counselor. He is the proud recipient of numerous NWFA degrees and awards. Since 2008 he has been an active member of many NWFA committees; advisory panels; guest speaker; instructor and has served as a NWFACP board member. He is certified as an inspector through several agencies such as ITS, IFCII, IICRC, CFI and has in depth knowledge of the manufacturing and distribution sectors, Drew is an expert in the flooring industry who primarily teaches, consults and manages flooring claims though his company, Infinity Claims Management Solutions.

Speaker: Eric Lynch, National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)
Eric Lynch is an Economist in the Survey Research group at NAHB where he is responsible for conducting and assisting with surveys, including multifamily, remodeling, and other related housing topics. In addition, he provides data and information on housing topics related issues to NAHB members, staff, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Prior to joining NAHB, he worked as a Senior Associate in the Research & Knowledge department at the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), gaining industry knowledge on the built environment and residential market. He has a B.A. in Political Science/Economics & Spanish from Towson University and a M.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Maryland.
Eric is also a Certified Business Economist™ (CBE), the certification in business economics and data analytics developed by the National Association for Business Economics (NABE). The CBE documents a professional's accomplishment, experience, abilities, and demonstrates mastery of the body of knowledge critical for a successful career in the field of economics and data analytics. CBE™ and Certified Business Economist™ are certification marks owned by the National Association for Business Economics.
